Shipping & Orders

We ship from our garage in Osijek, Croatia – carefully packed by hand. No fancy fulfillment centers, just us making sure your knife or wallet arrives safe.

Where do we ship?

Croatia and the entire European Union. We do not ship outside the EU at the moment.

Shipping costs

There is no online checkout. We quote shipping in the reply to your inquiry, based on weight and destination. We keep it as low as possible.

Delivery time

After your order is ready (usually 4–8 weeks for custom pieces), shipping takes 2–5 working days within Croatia and 3–10 working days to the rest of the EU.

Packaging

Every item is wrapped in protective materials and packed like it’s going to our own family. We want it to arrive in perfect condition.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package leaves the garage. You can follow it all the way to your door.
