Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the garage. These are the simple rules of Mad Deer Workshop. We keep it short and honest because we’re a small family workshop, not a corporation.

Orders and Payments

All custom orders require a 50% deposit. The remaining amount is paid before shipping. We accept bank transfer and PayPal. Once the deposit is paid, we start making your knife or wallet.

Production Time

Custom knives and wallets are made to order. Production usually takes 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. We will keep you updated.

Shipping

We ship to Croatia and the entire European Union. Shipping cost is quoted in the reply to your inquiry. Once the package leaves our garage, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Returns & Cancellations

Custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you want to cancel before we start production, we will refund the deposit minus transaction fees.
