Warranty & Returns

We stand behind everything we make in the garage. If something goes wrong because of us, we’ll make it right. Simple as that.

What is covered?

2 years warranty on manufacturing defects for knives (blade cracks, handle coming loose, etc.) and 1 year for leather wallets (stitching failure, leather defects).

What is NOT covered?

Normal wear and tear, misuse, dropping the knife, using it as a screwdriver, or trying to cut metal wire. Sharpening is your responsibility (or you can send it back to us).

How to claim warranty

Send us an email with photos of the problem and your order number. If it’s our fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge (you only pay return shipping if needed).

Returns of custom products

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defect.
